White Manna in Hackensack

This is the place where you go when you don’t know what to eat but you know for sure you want to eat something greasy! Although they are small sliders you’ll feel like you were satisfied. To be honest, the potato buns is what does it for me. The way the fluffiness of the buns holds all the burger juice and burger accessories together, is truly a work of art!

Simple yet very sophisticated. This is a burger I will always remember and yearn for. The burgers are small and addictive, so take my word and order double the number you have in mind.

Good burgers and good price. Reminds me of a down-to-the-basics shake shack. The burgers are much better than the steak sandwich. Fries are excellent!

First time trying out White Manna - - food was great! I got both a hamburger and cheese burger with the onions - - I can't imagine anyone trying these without the onions so make sure you add it! Gave it 4 (can't do 4.5) stars cause I had to wait an additional 20 mins to pick up food from when DoorDash said it'd be ready. Will come back!

The hamburger was freshly made in front of you. It's a slider size. We tried the impossible burger which is a vegetarian burger it came with french fries. It tasted very good almost tasted like a real burger.

You don’t go to white manna for the service you go for the burgers and fries! Best sliders I’ve ever had and I have been a customer for 25+years. If you don’t like to wait just order ahead. Kinda of annoying to see people compare this legendary place to the “new” burger joints. Never disappointed with the food and the price!

I'd say pretty good overall: probably doesn't live up to the hype, but definitely good overall. It's worth checking out.

Simple and good taste. Just burger ketchup and grilled onions. A little funny process during covid. The attendant holds up signs for standard questions and you go around back to pick up order. They are still polite and friendly during these times. It does take around 10 minutes to get your order ready, but that's 10 faster than they tell you.

I had burgers here almost 9 years ago, and i still think about it sometimes.. so moist and juicy! It's incredible! Must try for everyone and well worth the long drive if you're not from town

Nothing like calling an order in, then tell you 25 minutes it will be ready you wait and then tell you we don't have your order did you call a different location. I know we're I called. Just incompetent

The legendary White Manna. Years ago, I would always notice this place driving through Hackensack. I got curious one day and tried it. I would then go back regularly. I’d come here on break from work and I’d order by phone to take out. Staff knew me by name and I’d hang out all the time. Great place. This place is delicious if you want some sloppy finger food.

What can I say this place has been around for a long time and their burgers are awesome Call ahead and pick up is the best way this place is always Packed Specially lunchtime

I personally like the other White Mana better. There burgers where a bit greasy and messy. They crinkle cut fries were good. It's a great location I did not mind waiting with the beautiful river to look at. The wait was not too long

It was so nice. I have heard about the hamburger is the best of other burgers like five guys or In-and-out. When I tried it, I got it why it is good. Especially the meat in the burger was fresh and good quality. I couldn't eat very oily food. It was good to feel less oily with hot sauce together.

Still one of the best burger stands there is. It was one of the first and is still around because it's that good.

There's always a line so definitely order ahead whether you're driving or biking to the spot. The burgers are small and surprisingly very juicy. They're better than McDonald's which is right in front of this spot and the Burger King that's roughly a mile away. The burgers might look cheap at first glance but remember that they're pretty small when compared to other options. The fries are also very tasty.

This was my first time at White Mana. I heard so much about them burgers and wanted to taste them. Well these were the best mini burgers I’ve ever tasted. Pleasant experience on ordering on line and quick pick up.

Excellent sliders and fries. Fresh made burgers fried with onion served on a Martin's potato roll. Small place with a counter right around the grill. The cook will remind you of the soup Nazi on Seinfeld but in a humorous way.a must visit if in Hackensack.

The sliders tastes mild, bordering on bland. No difference even when cheese or ketchup is added, can't tell the difference in flavor. Without the onions, the sliders maybe even more mediocre. I get it that the place has some history and makes burgers differently than your local fast food, but I would prefer White Castle as far as flavor is concerned. The patties are fresh but maybe a dash of salt or pepper can help. Also be prepared to wait a while as the grill is small it takes a bit to cook. You will have people ahead of you ordering 10 to 20 burgers at a time sometimes. This is not fast food but of you want a break from your Mcdonalds, see if you will like what they offer at White Manna.

This place awesome. Dont expect to be wined and dined with unlimited seating cause then your in the wrong place. But if your looking for amazing little burgers then get ready for a treat. Took my family from Staten Island for these tasty burgers and they all had positive reviews. Credit goes out to the team working. How they do it when it's so busy is amazing.

I had the double cheeseburger slider and a side cheese fries. The burgers are excellent. Great flavor and texture. I had just grilled onions on one and with grilled onions, pickles, ketchup on another. Absolutely worth it. The fries are ok. The place is tight. Extremely small. Better to take out than expect to stay in.

The Food In This Place Is Hands Down Awesome, But The Guy Inside Is Rude and I Don’t Like The Fact He Tries To Rush You When You Ordering... Like I Said, I Love The Food But The Costumer Service Could Use Some Improvement...

Was in the area for business and a former local recommend this place! So great! It can fill up fast, but will turn over people just as quick...so if you get there and it seems "crowded"...Fear not...your turn will come in no time!!!
